Conference Registration

Heads up! The registration process for International Seminar on Earth Sciences and Technology (ISEST) 2024 is open! Register yourself and get insightful knowledge from experienced researchers and professionals to advance earth sciences beyond limits!

There are three categories for participants to pay. For students and professionals, register yourself in Early-bird period for cheaper fees!

Participants who are willing to present and publish their papers, will follow the prices below.

Early-Bird 

Registration Period:
June 12th – August 31st, 2024
 

Students: IDR 2,600,000/pax1)

Professionals: IDR 3,000,000/pax

Regular

Registration Period:
September 1st – September 13th, 2024

Students: IDR 2,850,000/pax1)

Professionals: IDR 3,250,000/pax

 

Your ticket price covers all fees listed in2). There are no additional charges to pay at the event.

For participants who are willing to present but will not publish their papers, will follow the prices below.

Presenter Only 

Students: IDR 1,000,000/pax1)

Professionals: IDR 1,250,000/pax

Your ticket price covers all fees listed in2) except publication fee. There are no additional charges to pay at the event.

For Non-Presenters, tickets will be sold on the spot.

Non-Presenters

1-Day Pass: IDR 350,000/pax

2-Days Pass: IDR 650,000/pax

Your ticket price covers all fees listed in2) except publication fee. There are no additional charges to pay at the event.

1) Students must be able to show proof of membership (e.g. Student ID/Card) during registration period.

2) The fee covers:

      1. Entrance fee for 2 days
      2. Seminar kit
      3. Lunch for 2 days
      4. Coffee break for 2 days
      5. Publication fee3)

3) One author may submit up to 2 papers. Note that publication fee will not be refunded if the submitted papers are not accepted for publication.
