Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Session Structure:
    1. Each parallel session will include multiple presentations
  2. Presentation Content:
    1. Presenters must prepare a presentation file summarizing the important findings of their research
    2. There is no presentation template, but should cover the following components:
      1. Title Slide: Include the paper title, and all authors.
      2. Introduction: Provide background and context.
      3. Goals: State the research objectives.
      4. Data and Methods: Describe the data used and the methodology.
      5. Results: Present the findings.
      6. Conclusion: Summarize the implications and potential future work.
      7. References: List the sources cited in the presentation
  1. Timing and Slide Count:
    1. Each presenter will have 15 minutes to deliver their presentation, followed by a brief Q&A session
    2. It is recommended to prepare approximately 10-15 slides, with a maximum of 20 slides.
  2. Presentation Submission:

  3. Technical Requirements:
    1. Ensure that the presentation file is compatible with the conference’s audiovisual equipment. Common formats like PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF are recommended.
    2. Test the presentation on a different device to ensure all media and animations work correctly.
