1. Session structure:

    a. Each parallel session will include multiple presentations

2. Presentation Content:

    a. Presenters must prepare a presentation file summarizing the important findings of their research

    b. There is no presentation template, but should cover the following components:

      1. Title Slide: Include the paper title, and all authors.
      2. Introduction: Provide background and context.
      3. Goals: State the research objectives.
      4. Data and Methods: Describe the data used and the methodology.
      5. Results: Present the findings.
      6. Conclusion: Summarize the implications and potential future work.
      7. References: List the sources cited in the presentation.

3. Timing and Slide Count: 

    a. Each presenter will have 15 minutes to deliver their presentation, followed by a brief Q&A session

    b. It is recommended to prepare approximately 10-15 slides, with a maximum of 20 slides.

5. Technical Requirements:

     a. Ensure that the presentation file is compatible with the conference’s audiovisual equipment. Common formats like PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF are recommended.
