To accommodate our participants, we offer two registration periods with different pricing tiers. The Early Bird Registration period, which offers significantly reduced rates, is currently active and runs from 12 June to 31 August. We highly encourage you to register during this window to take advantage of the discounted fees. Following this, the Regular Registration period will commence on 1 September and will close on 15 September. The comprehensive fee structure for all categories, including students, presenters, and general attendees, is outlined in the table directly below.

- Publication fee will not be refunded if the paper is not accepted for publication.

Payment
After identifying the appropriate registration fee from the table above, you may proceed with payment to confirm your attendance. All registration fees should be transferred to the official seminar BNI bank account, the details of which are provided in the following section. Please ensure you keep a clear copy of your transaction receipt or proof of payment, as this will be required to finalize your registration.
