Conference Fees
Conference fees are paid during registration period after abstract acceptance. The fee applies to both oral and poster session. There are two types of fees:
Students: Rp 750.000,-/pax
Professional: Rp 1.000.000,-/pax
Students (undergraduate/postgraduate) must be able to show a proof (e.g., Student ID/Card) during registration period.
The fee covers:
– Seminar kit and entrance for 2 days
– Coffee break for 2 days
– Lunch for 2 days
– Gala dinner for 1 day
The fee does not cover:
– Publication fee
Payment for the Conference Fee
Payment for the conference fee can be made via bank transfer to the following account:

The deadline for payment is 10 February 2023.
After successfully paying the conference fee, please log in to your Konfrenzi account and upload your proof of payment.
Publication Fees
Publication fees are paid after the submitted article have been reviewed and accepted, i.e., after the seminar. The fee applies to all types of registrants.
Publication fee: Rp 1.850.000,-/article
